After a new personal best time on the erg this morning at the gym, I took a look at the CRASH-B qualifying info to see where I stand. Looks like I've got two choices: either age faster to take advantage of the 70-79 bracket, or row faster, though I do a full 4K for my workout, not just a measly 2. Anyhow, I'm going to keep at it because it's great quick exercise and doesn't make any parts of me hurt.
