Again this morning, my Caffe Froth made unusually thick and creamy foam for my latte, the kind I remember from the early days of California lattes, and I think I know why. Ever since I ordered a brand new frother, I've been getting this fabulous foam.
It had seemed like the right time for a replacement. Last summer the bottom piece broke off completely and more recently the mesh basket permanently bent at an odd angle. I thought it just wasn't up to the job anymore.
Now it's like the fabulous froth is saying, You doubted me? Just because I'm a little old and battered? Let me show you what experience can produce.
It's a bit of a dilemma and I'm not sure what to do when the replacement arrives. I'm not reading too much into this am I?
